Original Toronto Star caption: Listening to a customer's problems is part of the day's work for barman Alfons Demleitner; who works at the Walker House Hotel. Because bartenders and others in constant contact with the public are perhaps the first to spot troubled people; the Ontario Mental Health Association is planning a project to involve them in mental health work. It is planned to organize a group of volunteers under the title Community Life Line Advocates and give them courses to help them spot mental problems and refer such individuals to the right professional organization.
