About 280 persons; some of whom had been lined up since 11.30 a.m.; waite dto register for Central Technical School's evening classes in the department of art. At least another 200 were lined up to register for courses in other buildings. Many feared classes would be filled; but art department head Donald Needeau said there would be room for most. School is offering 40 classes in all divisions for about 1;200 students.
