Original Toronto Star caption: Edit Koivula's project; a day nursery for 25 children of working and mainly immigrant mothers; grew out of her own unhappy experience on first coming to Canada. The only way she could support herself was to board her child an dfor seven years she saw her only on weekends. She turned 125-year-old homestead on Dingwall Ave. into nursery; studies hard to be able to operate it.
