Humewood II

Original Toronto Star caption: Humewood II: Edward Blake; premier of Ontario in 1871; named this Jarvis St. mansion after his family's ancestral home in England. The house; which later became a hotel; then a beer parlor with rooms for rent; and later the Red Lion pub; is being restored at a cost of more than $1 million and will be rented or sold as office space at $25 a square foot to rent or about $3 million to buy.
