Right, several dark, multi-storey buildings tower over a low, flat-fronted, one-storey structure. Adjacent, an adjoined section on risers accessed by a curved automobile ramp connects to the tallest of the buildings. Signage affixed to topmost exterior building wall reads, Parkway Vocational School.
