Original Toronto Star caption: A bit of downtown even in the west end. There's no getting away from downtown Toronto's huge bank towers; even if you leave the central core. This view looks east from Dufferin St. along Dundas St. W. to the big black towers of the Toronto Dominion Centre (right) and the even higher; metal-clad Bank of Commerce tower. It's a case of big business physically dominating these small businesses along the bustling street. Whether big or small; it's obvious that business in Christmas season is brisk.
