Original Toronto Star caption: The Force is with them: Many hours before the curtain went up today at the University Theatre; hundreds of Star Wars fanatics were lined up along Bloor St. and down University Ave. to buy tickets for the world premiere of the latest sequet; the Return of The Jedi. The $32.5 million film opened in 950 theatres across North America today; including four in Metro. Jedi will be shown six times a day at the University Theatre; starting at 9 a.m. Star critics loved it.
