Is causing traffic tie-ups in the northbound lanes of University Ave. All traffic travelling north in the four lanes eventually squeezes into one lane. In addition to the problems caused by the road-surfacing project; traffic is also diverted to the west because of the Yonge St. Mall. The surfacing construction from College to St. Joseph Sts. Which started three weeks ago is expected to be completed in another three weeks.
