Original Toronto Star caption: Before and after: Back in 1965; Star photographer Boris Spremo took this picture (top) of the north-east corner of Bloor and Yonge Sts. It shows a street car passing the old Royal building. Spremo returned to the corner this week to take the same shot 18 years later. The street car is gone and the bank is now part of the towering Bay building
