Original Toronto Star caption: A memorial plaque in honor of Fred Graham; a founder of the United Way's Bolton Camp for small children and their mothers; is held by George Radford; left; and Ray Armstrong; past presidents of the former St. Clair YMCA Men's Club. The plaque will be unveiled at the camp tomorrow. Though the club is defunet; some old members discovered it had $500 left and decided to use it for plaque.
