Original Toronto Star caption: Bringing up baby when the baby is a tiger is not so very different from bringing up a human baby. Well; anyway; Sam Heaney; a Riverdale zookeeper; keeps his best friend; Milt; a tiger cub; content by feeding him milk from a bottle. Milt is not likely to grow up at Riverdale for when metro's new zoo pens; Riverdale is likely to be reserved for farmyard animals such as sheep and cows. As for Milt; who's now a month old and weighs about eight pounds; he will probably be traded to a zoo in another city.
