Spence, of the C.P.R. Law Department, who states in a letter of 27 April 1937 (in Accession File): ...taken in the fall of 1907 in connection with the litigation between the City and the Railway Companies over the proposal to require the Companies to construct a bridge over their tracks at Yonge Street... a detail of the photograph, showing the right third of the photograph, is separately catalogued.
