Original Toronto Star caption: Orangutans go ape over the latest fashions. Santa; left; an 8-year-old orangutan at Metro zoo holds an unscheduled fashion parade in a not-so-tailored T-shirt. At right; new mother Chantek has rearranged her garment into the hooded look in T-shirts which she models for her unimpressed 10-month-old off-spring. Obviously the hair-shirt look is completely out this Christmas in the orangutan family and the clothed ape look is in.
