Original Toronto Star caption: Thatched jungle boat takes guests of a lodge near Iquitos up Amazon streams 2;300 miles from the sea. You also go out in canoes at night along firefly-lit streams in search of crocodiles. Visits to a nearby Indian village and walks through the jungle are also featured. The lodge is built in the form of a native habitation with open sides and thatched roof. You sleep under a mosquito nettting to a banjo chorus of frogs. You are warned not to offer money to Indians.
