Original Toronto Star caption: While his mother helps pack gift-boxes at a Dundas St. depot; 16-months-old Albert O'Rourke enjoys a cookie. Although no needy youngster will go without a gift-box; The Star Santa Claus Fund - slowed by recent mail disruptions - still hasn't reached its goal of $225;000. Since the first fund in 1906; there have been about 870;000 gift-boxes distributed throughout Metro.
