Original Toronto Star caption: Star Santa Claus fund packing depot on King St. E. is stacked from floor to ceiling with brightly Christmas boxes; but there are skill more to go; as Ann Meek (left) and Mrs. Zoe knell select gifts to go into yet another package. The Star's Santa Claus Fund will provide Christmas clothes and toys for 21;000 boys and girsl across Metro; each gift addressed personally from Santa. There are seven gnomes working hard at the job.
