Hosed off

Original Toronto Star caption: Hosed off: A disabling dust is hosed off a suspect by a firefighter before he is taken into custody after a 2 1/2-hour hostage-taking incident on Henry St. Police had fired a couple of canisters of regular tear gas to try to subdue a man before using immobilizing powder. The suspect was charged and taken to the psychiatric unit at Toronto General Hospital.
