Poem that begins and ends with the following verses: This is about an Indian Brave / Oh bonny and brave was he, oh! / He lived in the West, where / the sun goes to rest, / Far over the broad blue sea, oh! Shaped book with illustration of a child dressed in native American costume. Signed: Edric Vredenburg, p. [12]. Undated. Date from imprint information, cf. Blair & Margaret Whitton Collector's guide to Raphael Tuck & Sons, p. 6. Between 1893 and 1901 imprint reads ''Published by Appointment to Her Majesty the Queen'' etc. Tuck & Sons became a limited company in 1895.
