Original Toronto Star caption: Historical spectacle: Artist Aba Bayefsky displays many of his 200 pairs of antique eyeglasses in his warehouse studio. The lorgnette he holds -- glasses with a handle -- dates back to 1900. His collection of spectacles from 1740 to 1910 is valued at $10,000.
