Original Toronto Star caption: I left my heart . . . : For Tony Bennett, it was still in San Francisco, of course. But 13-year-old Joanna Bennett had her heart set on a little snow when she came to see her dad open at the Imperial Room in the Royal York Hotel last night. It was the first time she'd caught his show in this club. She was hoping for a blizzard, said a family friend. I mean, this is Toronto and it is winter, isn't it? Over 420 people attenede the $100-a-plate charity show in aid of the Sacred Heart child and family centre run by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Toronto. Sunday Star editor Lou Clancy says the singer was in even better voice this year than last. It's his 10th appearance in 12 years.
