Original Toronto Star caption: The victor's prize: Donald Blenkarn, re-elected by voters in Mississauga South, is warmly congratulated by Grace Oliphant. But the MP wasn't happy with his narrow 700-vote margin and angrily blamed the National Indian Brotherhood and the media for his loss in popularity. Last May he won the seat by 8,000 votes.
