Original Toronto Star caption: One of the few saxophone quartets in the world yesterday took advantage of the fine weather to serenade Star photographer Reg Innell. From left: John Price, John Sallstian, Larry Sereda and Paul Brodie, leader of the group and founder of the World Saxophone Congress, now in its fifth year. Brodie and company will perform at the Annex Theatre, 121 Avenue Rd. Sunday at 8 p.m. with a program for the classical saxophone. Brodie has given about 700 concerts so far.
