Oh woe is me

Original Toronto Star caption: Oh woe is me: These are not happy people. Can you blame them, though? Coach John Brophy and his Maple Leafs went into last night's game at the Gardens with great aspirations and expectations. But, instead of beating the Red Wings and assuming a 3-0 lead in the Norris Division final, they lost 4-2 and their grip on the best-of-seven series isn't quite as firm. Leafs will give it another whirl tomorrow night when they meet the Red wings in Game 4.
