Nine-year-old Kenneth Brown, who has been in Philadelphia to hear symphony orchestra play rhapsody he composed, playfully holds ears as he is welcomed home by Vaughan Road Collegiate orchestra. Kenneth will conduct school orchestra on May 2 at the annual ORT bazaar in Varsity arena. The Organization for Rehabilitation through Training has schools in 20 countries.
