Simpson's takes pride in traditional policy of ever-increasing employee benefits and services. They include retirement annuities paid for by the company, profit-sharing plan, staff restaurants, many free medical services, sickness allowances and an expense-free convalescent homes for 15,000 employees who serve Simpson's in all parts of Canada.
