Campbell, who came from his hospital bed to attend the most important event in his life, was presented with a tray from Scarborough Mayor Paul Cosgrove, left, while the mayor's executive assistant, Ron Anderson, held an umbrella to keep the showers off the honored guest at the ceremony.
