Carew, a seven-time American League batting champion who anchors first base for the California Angels, is an avid photography buff and takes his gear on the road when the team travels. When the Angels tangled with the Blue Jays in Toronto this week, the sharp-eyed slugger was on the field early to snap members of the Labatt's Blue Light Brigade, including Marianne Grebenc (left) and Charmaine Farnsworth, as they prepared for a pre-game performance.
