Previous husbands have been an Englishman and an Irishman. Miss Chatterton, who has played in more films wih sin in the title than any other actress in Hollywood, is on the Portuguese island of Madeira ready for marriage to Carlos Freitas Martins, grape grower. She travelled there under the name Elsie Snyder.
