Original Toronto Star caption: Weekly newspaper awarded highly prized trophy. Frank Macintyre, left, retiring president of the Ontario-Quebec division of the Canadian Weekly Newspapers' association and editor of the Dundalk, Ont., Herald, was honored at the association luncheon in The Star building, Saturday. His newspaper was awarded the Clark trophy for the best all-round weekly newspaper in a town or village of less than 1,500 population. Gregory Clark of The Star, son of Joseph T. Clark, for years editor-in-chief of The Star, presented the trophy named in memory of his father.
