Original Toronto Star caption: Displaying ringing form, Scarborough Mayor Paul Cosgrove lets a horseshoe fly as he competes against Indianapolis Mayor William Hudnut (left) during the Peace Games. But Hudnut won two out of the three matches. There was some suggestion of an edge when Cosgrove turned up with foot-wide shoes.
