As an associate member of the Toronto Scottish militia regiment officers' mess, Toronto Mayor David Crombie, who's 5-feet-6, models the uniform today in City Hall, his kilt covering his sock tops. Major Walter Goodsoe, at 6-feet-7, has the traditional bare knees. Crombie got his new honor at a dinner of the officers last night.
