Original Toronto Star caption: After the ribbon-cutting, Urban affairs Minister Barney Danson (middle) chats with Jim and Chris Verrall, holding their children, in front of their new townhouse. The Verralls were among first families to move into Cordova Housing Co-operative development of 75 townhouses in northeast Oshawa. Verralls will pay $254 a month-plus hydro-for their three-bedroom home, about half cost of regular mortgage rates. Project was opened officially yesterday.
