Original Toronto Star caption: 1,000 Protest that Nazi's speeches. Toronto's newly-formed N3 Fighters Against racial Hatred, more than a thousand strong, paraded around Nathan Phillips Square last night, angrily denouncing city Council for its stupid free speech policies. Speakers branding controllers silly people for permitting Nazi speeches in Allan Gardens drew loud applause. Even louder roars came in support of a resolution praising Chief Mackey as a wonderful man and an understanding man offering sage advice. Surprise guest Controller Dennison (right) was introduced as one of the staunchest fighters against Nazism in the city.
