Original Toronto Star caption: Zoltan Szoboszloi, a self-styled traffic consultant, showed up at City Hall in a signboard deriding the Queen. He didin't file any nomination papers but launched into a tirade demanding to know why he was being prevented from running for mayor. The present job-holder, William Dennison (right), was all smiles--and he did file papers to run again, vowing to fight for one big city if re-elected.
