Here's how to do it: While sitting on the edge of a chair with yout shoulder touching the back of it and holding your back very straight, move your legs in a pedalling pattern. With your hands holding the chair on both sides, breath normally. Pedal for a few minutes, rest, and then repeat the action. Remember to go very slowly and stop if you begin to feel tired.
