Original Toronto Star caption: The Dionne quintuplets' nursery at Callander was a flower - decked chapel for the confirmation of the five famous sisters by Brig. C.L. Nelligan, chief of the Canadian Roman Catholic chaplaincy corps. The girls are pictured with Bishop Nelligan following the service, from the Left, Yvonne, Marie, Cecile, Annette and Emilie. Their sister, Pauline and two brothers, Oliva and Daniel, were confirmed with them. You are now soldiers in the army of Christ, the bishop told the quints, in white dresses and veils. When he asked them, How old should one be to get married, Annette answered, I think 20 years, sir, and the others agreed.
