Original Toronto Star caption: Marking its 100th year, Eaton's Queen St. store is opened Jan. 2, 1969, by two great-great-granddaughters of founder Timothy Eaton, Signy (left) and Flora Eaton, using a gold key. With them are John Craig Eaton, his father, John David Eaton, and his wife. Timothy Eaton's statue is behind the group.
