Original Toronto Star caption: Fit to win a race: Norman Elder hangs on with all his might as his Galapagos turtle gets frisky during a walk in the fresh air on Bedford Rd. Elder calls the 90-year-old turtle Tony Tortuis and says he normally stays in the house during the winter and is quite docile. Elder says schoolchildren often come to visit Tony and hear Elder's stories about eht Galapagos Archipelago.
