Original Toronto Star caption: Ontario premier William Davis and former prime minister John Diefenbaker (right) bow their heads yesterday beside the coffin of Leslie Frost; Progressive Conservative premier of Ontario from 1949 to 1961. After a simple funeral in Lindsay; Frost's body was buried in Riverside Cemetery next to that of his wife; Gertrude; whom he had always called his beloved partner. She died in 1971.
