Original Toronto Star caption: Letters asking for tighter gun-control laws are being presented in Solicitor-General Warren Allmand today by Pat and Berwick Slinger of Brampton; whose son John (right) was shot to death at school by a fellow student who also killed a teacher before turning the gun on himself. Mrs. Slinger says they propose legislation that would make it harder for people to obtain rifles and take out their frustrations.
