Original Toronto Star caption: After a robbery of the Rolling Pin Bakery in Alcona Beach; a cottage community eight miles southeast of Barrie; two masked men forced the owner to go to his house for more money and killed his wife; Karen Robinson; a 27-year-old teacher who grew up in Toronto. Her husband; Eugene; 32; jumped the gunmen and was beaten across the head. Two youths are being sought by the police.

Spot where Student was Slain in Fairview Mall parking lot is roped off. Police question bystanders of possible clues, but apparently have no motive for the slaying of Michael Habbib, 15, who was shot twice in the face as he walked across the lot last night. A suspect was wounded seriously in a shoot-out with police a little later in the parking lot of Scarborough Town Centre mall, about 5 miles east.
