Original Toronto Star caption: Prince Philip Discusses a 'Bread Shortage'; Chatting with two long-haired youths at rodeo in Williams Lake; B.C.; Prince Philip asks if they are waiting for $1 serving of beef from steer being barbecued. Yeah; man; but we ain't got the bread (money); replied one. Apparently thinking they wanted to make sandwiches the Prince replied sympathetically: Stick around; maybe they'll find you some. One of the youths said later: He's a far-out Duke.
