A single gathering of 24 leaves, signed as follows: 1 unsigned leaf, A, 3 unsigned leaves, 2A, 2 unsigned leaves, B, B2, B3, B4, 12 unsigned leaves. Authorship attributed to Darton, CBEL II:558. Engraved t.p. with vignette. Eighteen of the animal engravings have been copied from Thomas Bewick's ''Quadrapeds'' (London, 1790), but are reversed with the backgrounds changed. Frontispiece and final plate are paste downs. Three of the illustrations are dated ''Jany. 1. 1798.''
