Original Toronto Star caption: There's a cultural revolution in the suburbs. Tens of thousands of Metro suburbanites are taking up music, art and dancing. In the five Metro boroughs there are now no fewer than 39 well organized performing arts group, including two symphony orchestras, two opera companies, six ballet troupes and 10 drama groups.
