Gift of Mrs. Joseph Kilgour for new convent is lovely rolling land

Original Toronto Star caption: This fine panoramic view gives some indication of the rolling land wooded slopes which comprise the 100-acre property, just north of the St. Andrew's college grounds and fronting on Yonge St., which Mrs. Joseph Kilgour has presented to the Sisterhood of St. John the Divine as the site for their new convent. Occupying the highest elevation in that part of the country, the property's beauty is enhanced by two streams and a fish pond. It was formerly owned by J.F. Walker. The real estate transaction was negotiated by J.A. Willoughby, realtor, Kent building.
