Original Toronto Star caption: Unlike most communities, which call for five homes to the acre, the Bayview village is to contain an average of two and a half houses per acre. Lots will have a minimum 50-foot frontage and will range up to 90 and 100 feet in width. Hollywood Public School is one of the public schools in this area.
