Original Toronto Star caption: Helen Keller becomes White Plume of the Stonies. So impressed by Helen Keller, famed blind and deaf authoress-lecturer were Indians of Alberta's Stoney tribe living near Banff, that they made her a blood sister in an ages-old ceremony. After he had performed his part of the chicken dance this lad came to show his skunk and deerskin costume to the distinguished visitor. [Incomplete]
