Original Toronto Star caption: A cerebral palsy victim has charged that the owner of a downtown restaurant refused him alcohol and threw him out - simply because he was handicapped. John Kellerman, 42, told an Ontario Human Rights Commission inquiry yesterday he was roughly ejected from Al's Restaurant by owner George Zarafonitis in October, 1983.
