Original Toronto Star caption: Under glaring lights thousands of mourners ring the casket of Senator Robert Kennedy Saturday night as it rests at the grave site in Arlington National Cemetery, not far from the grave of his assassinated brother, president John F. Kennedy. A full moon and a bank of spotlights lit the scene for a poignant burial service, watched by millions in Canada and U.S. on television. A plain white cross was erected a few hours later, before the first visitors Sunday morning crossed the Potomac river to visit the grave. By last night an estimated 60,000 had filed past.
