Famed British sculptor Henry Moore, creator of the once-controversial The Archer, which stands in Nathan Phillips Square, signs autographs for members of the Art Gallery of Ontario today at sod-turning ceremonies for an $18 million addition to the gallery that will house $10,000,000 worth of his sculptures which he is donating. The 73-year-old Moore agreed three years ago to donate between 400 and 600 pieces of his work if the gallery would build suitable quarters for the exhibit.
